The ETW manifest file in the
PowerShellrepo got many updates since the manifest was moved to thePowerShell-Nativerepo. There's been changes on both side since then. This PR converges the changes to make the file in this repo update-to-date.NOTE 1: The
C_ADMINchannel is removed intentionally by the PR PowerShell/PowerShell#6956NOTE 2: When reviewing this PR, please add
