PR Summary
The documentation for building in windows reflects that the output directory of pwsh.exe is .net5, but has since been upgraded to .net6. This is a very minor change, but a good starting point to get used to contributing to the PowerShell Core project.
PR Context
Simply updates the documentation to be more accurate in relation the the upgrade to .NET 6 preview.
