Added newlines following one-sentence-per-line principle. Changed "Open PowerShell" to "PowerShell". Fixed typos.

LGTM other than the wonkiness of extra newlines in between list items. Unless sergei (@vors) for Andy Jordan (@andschwa) has a reason for that, I think there generally shouldn't be extra blank newlines in a bulleted list (though, to be clear, there should still be semantic line breaks after each sentence). |

This should be rebased onto master, where we have the necessary changes to enable Travis CI builds from forks (yay!). |
