From the program written:

1. The program is made to allow participants to register inorder 
to join a conference, and then gives then a personal id. 
2. It only allows 20 people to register per month.
3. It stores the user's details in a json file that also stores
the particular month the registeration was done.
4. For a month it does not allow a person to register twice
