Fill out form to partner Get a error message saying "Resident cannot be found or may not be active." when in world dataserver successfully shows username is correct via an LSL script and name is correct on the Website account. Cancel downgrade for both accounts Fill out form to partner Partnering proposal email is sent, all is well when clicked Partnering succeed.

Hello, I am a Premium Plus member and my subscription should include access to Phone Support and Live Chat support options. However, when I try to access these pages, I receive the following error message: “You are not allowed to access this page!” This happens even while logged into my account with an active Premium Plus subscription. Could you please verify: that my account permissions are correctly enabled, and whether there is currently an issue with Premium Plus support access? Thank you.

I wish to erase all my Feed in Profile, but while others can see 4 entries, I see it empty "Nothing shared at this moment".

Hello, I have a problem. I'm a Premium Plus subscriber, but I don't see all the available support options. Since paying for my subscription, I haven't been able to access live chat, AI chat, or phone numbers. I don't see all the support options that should appear for me as a Premium Plus member. Pb: I asked support for help but they couldn't do anything and they told me to put this here.

The wishlist url redirect, removing language from url are breaking the username by ".", losing the lastname. sometimes the page loaded is another person wishlist. For example: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/pt-br/wishlists/Name.Lastname Goes to https://marketplace.secondlife.com/wishlists/Name

I have a listing for land on the market place titled 1/4 Sim (16384 sqm) 7500 Prims - Full Land Rights (NW Corner) I placed a listing enhancement on this listing, I then made a second nearly identical listing under the same name that states now "SW Corner". I noticed that once I created this second listing, suddenly the first listing stopped getting views and has now been at 56 views for almost a week. I have used listing enhancements in the past and they have always done much better. My concern is that the system saw to nearly identical listings and then stopped showing the ads to people believing it was spam. The listings both had the same title at the start before I changed it. If it isn't allowed to have two identical listings for two separate parcels then I have no problem deleting the one posting and just stating that there are two parcels available all in one listing. However I doubt this would allow the listing to regain visibility without some intervention from you guys first. Can you help me with this? Like I said, I'm pretty certain some kind of spam protection has ceased showing the listing to others now. Thanks in advance!
