• General Information – Information on Golf & Sports Facilities, Membership, Banquet, Directory, Contact Us, Event & Promotion, and more are now readily available for viewing on the app.

Hi. It would be great if the developer can improve the visitor management section by providing address book / saved address so we wont be needing to fill in the same details over and over again. Please update. Its a hassle.

It will be good if the guide can be turn off once user have created an event. Its annoying to keep on having to skip the guide every time login into the page. It will be extremely helpful if past info of visitors can be retained for future use. Its very troublesome to keep on typing the same info if example for few days. The date of visiting also do not have choice of period. Only have on daily basis. Try look into Jaga app which is quite user friendly to use.

Defect Reporting Section: Limitation - 1. only one picture attachment is allowed. Hard to show management / main con the defects for their good works / rectification & fixation. 2. Only one “red marking” could be done in the floor plan. Hard for us to highlight the similiar defect / issue for the defect reporting. This causing us to redo Few or Mamy times for similiar defects. 3. Not all can interpret the terms correctly & we might just do it by guessing. Communication with management / main con will be needed to address the right issues & concerns. Hope these helps & all could be improved. Thank you very much.
