Lately I been using bhp petrol for my car due I found out is better than shell or maybe the fuel is more suitable to my car the app can’t change the email detail due I accidentally key wrong hopefully we can able to changed it because we may not using anymore some of the detail like we can change our number but not the email , and the part of the e-card is not same to the one that I register in the counter and the register part is quite funny because we were suppose had been register in the counter so in the app when we register again it doesn’t fit the info some buggy issue like I try to test forgot password it only ask for our phone number but if u wanted to log in u still need email so wht if ppl doesn’t remember it because from wht I know most of the ppl still doesn’t really remember their email but the phone number is more likely is more better than email I hope u guys can update this tq

Having access to eReceipts (showing RM value) in the app would greatly improve tracking of transactions and in some cases even for claims purposes. Would definitely make it a five star for me.

Lately I’ve been using BHP for awhile and decided to join their loyalty program via apps. So I started to key in the last 4 digits of the card whenever I’m filling up the fuel. I find this is convenient only to realize that the points, they are not being credited into the app. I believe that I’ve spent more than RM200 from BHP and I should be getting lots of points but there is none. It’s said in the app that we have to scan the QR on the receipt after our purchase to claim these points. What kind of nonsense is this? Why can’t it just be added straightaway like others? You’re trying to lose a customer with this matter BHP? Fix it please. I want my points.

No Special Character Validation

During account sign up or forgot password, there is no special character input validation checking. The input field simply skip keyboard input for special character. This cause user to assume they are filling their intended password for signing up. Then during login page, the password input field allow special character input. This discrepancies cause wrong password. Please prompt a proper validation message during sign up or forgot password for special character if you are not allowing it.
