Summary
This PR migrates the repository from standalone Rslib, Rstest, Rslint, Prettier, and simple-git-hooks tooling to Rstack CLI so build and maintenance workflows use one versioned toolchain.
It consolidates configuration in
rstack.config.ts, aligns the package and playground scripts withrs, installs the version-matched docs Skill, and moves pre-commit checks tors staged.Rstack CLI 0.7.2 requires Node.js
^22.18.0 || >=24.3.0; the existing CI environment uses Node.js 24.19.0.Related Links
