Split off from the full nightly-upgrades batch (#1940): next 10 packages (hogql-parser, hogql-parser-rs, html-to-markdown, httpr, hypothesis, islpy, jsonschema-rs, lancedb, lapx, levenshtein), to reduce load on the runner pool. Includes the levenshtein patch, and the lancedb workflow fix + patches (rebased onto lance v11.0.0, which lancedb 0.38.0's Cargo.lock now pins) it needs to build. httpr 0.7.2 dropped: its cp314t build fails tests/unit/test_close.py intermittently (different test each run, requests genuinely not reaching the local test server; ruled out a counter race in the fixture, which is already lock-protected) - looks like a real free-threading-specific issue in httpr's own PyO3/tokio internals, not something fixable from this side.
