Eclipse (2024-12 and 2025-06 reported) doesn't pick up
mapstruct-processorfromannotationProcessorPathsalone in some setups, so users hit a confusing failure with only the documented config. Adds a note plus example to the Eclipse tip in chapter-2-set-up.asciidoc explaining thatmapstruct-processormay also need to be a direct dependency there.
