This PR removes
hardcoded-jwt-keyexperimental summary models which are no longer used. These models were originally used in thejava/hardcoded-jwt-keyexperimental query which was promoted in #12032.(I'm assuming no change note is needed when removing these since they're experimental, but let me know if I'm mistaken).
