Thanks for updating! Looks good to me now! As discussed, we can likely reduce this further in the future, but for now this is a good, condensed version in comparison to v10

Make streamed spans the default in the JavaScript tracing callback and helper docs. Keep transaction APIs documented for static mode, with separate examples for both modes. Update filtering, naming, sensitive-data scrubbing, and MCP guidance to use the appropriate callbacks.
