- Sync all 8 platform manifest versions to 0.2.0
- Rebrand Opera/Thunderbird from uBlock Origin to uBlockVanced
- Fix sidebar_action icon paths (Firefox/Opera) to use icons/ dir
- Fix broken onElementProbe: use contextmenu event listener to capture
  right-clicked element instead of nonexistent clientX/clientY coords
