Asclepias syriaca, Common Milkweed

If the milkweed is blooming, can the monarchs be far behind? There is a well camouflaged Chauliognathus marginatus, margined soldier beetle, on the lowest right flower. And, I believe, another tiny arthropod (ant?) just to the right of the soldier beetle.
