Incomplete block

The "Group operations" block, located right under the "Translation statistics" block, is incomplete. This is what it currently looks like:

This is what it looks like in the Drupal 7 version:

We ought to:

• correct its name,
• allow edition of the group to allowed users
• give the ability to create a wiki page,
• display the number of members in the group,
• display the owner of the group,
• give the ability to leave the group.
