Parity resume mutation restart the parity check #1815

Issue Description

When pausing the parity check using the API and then resuming it, the parity check restarts from the beginning instead of continuing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a parity check
2. Pause the parity check using the API
3. Resume the parity check using the API

Expected Behavior

The parity check should continue from where it left off.

Actual Behavior

The parity check restarts from the beginning.

Additional Context

This issue does not occur when using the Unraid web UI.
