Local env and second repo cloned, working, running

We want to setup a second git repo (we'll have two).
In addition to patternlab-node repo we'll have "patternlab-connector-drupal8" module and we'll name a repo after this module for module development.

This let's the twig verification from Evan and Jeff get the quick demo up. let's them verify the twig implementation.

The Drupal 8 module will be worked on by Bloom.
