Hi,

This usually happens when GitHub’s verification system cannot properly recognize certain regional education email domains, even if they are officially academic (like the French “ac-” academy emails).

A few things you can try:

Make sure you are using the exact same email (firstname.lastname@ac-nantes.fr) in your GitHub account and in the Education application
Verify the email on GitHub first (Settings → Emails → verify)
Try reapplying using a different browser (Chrome or Edge works best)
Disable VPN / ad-blockers during the application
