Hey Jerry,

Sorry you’re dealing with this — getting accounts suspended like that with no clear reason is really frustrating.

Honestly, the only real place this can be fixed is GitHub Support. The community here can’t see why it happened or reverse it.

Since you already have tickets open, you’re doing the right thing. I’d just suggest sticking to those and waiting for their reply. Try not to open new accounts or multiple requests, because that can sometimes make things slower or more complicated.

When they reply, just be clear and calm — explain that both accounts were used for normal development work and that you’re not sure what triggered the suspension. If they need verification or proo…
