@elshentenawy7 I think GitHub doesn't have Autopay feature, so you'll be billed for next month. If you want you can use it or else leave it. The amount you have to pay will be displayed in the next payment due column. You can't remove the card that's for sure but if you don't want to pay, then cancel the transaction from your bank side and cancel the copilot subscription from GitHub. |

If GitHub charged you when you signed up for a free trial, they charged you for a verification purpose you'll be refunded in some days (differ to regions) |

that's not what happened .. I signed up for trial .. for some reason it didn't work ( I was not upgraded ). then after a month I am still not upgraded .. yet github charged me for the pro fees. |

you need to raise a ticket for sure. Try to block the transaction from the bank side and raise a ticket with all the details. Try to send an email or something there's a high chance for responding to an email |

I recently claimed the GitHub copilot pro free trail, I've added my card and done all the procedures properly. Later on, I changed my card details and upgraded to pro+. The issue is that I'm getting billed for $18 even though I'm on my free trail. Why am I getting billed? I can't understand why I'm getting billed. Can anyone please explain?
