Update to v0.22 of libgit2

This latest update of libgit2 ([v0.22](https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/releases/tag/v0.22.0)) is huge and will probably break a lot of stuff and have some actual API changes for us to talk about. Help will be most appreciated.
