Need to auto-detect Node-Webkit (npm install nodegit not working) #212

OSX 10.9.4

npm install nodegit

using the building from source instructions

"Uncaught Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory 'node_modules/nodegit/index.js'"

nodegit is there, just index.js is not

one time i was able to get nodegit to build and it had an index.js, unable to recreate though.
and when this happened it was unable to find the 'build/Debug/nodegit' module
