Wrong PR reference in changelog #1147

In the changelog for 0.13 it says:

Removed
Repository#openIndex PR #990

The reference PR #990 has the title "Make Remote.create async". I think the reference should be PR #989 instead, which is aptly named "Remove Repository#openIndex"
