Type: Bug

  1. Open the PR creation tab when a pull request template is active
  2. Spent 30 minutes writing a PR description
  3. Click "Create"
  4. If the push fails, eg an amended commit that needs --force, the PR description is reset to the template
  5. (optional) Be disappointed that you lost half an hour of work
