Creating a multiline GitHub Permalink no longer includes the line information.
The Copy GitHub Permalink as Markdown includes the lines but also creates a surrounding markdown link.
Some time ago this also worked for normal Permalinks.

Using The command from the actions menu CTRL+SHIFT+P works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Mark multiple lines in a github repo file
2. Use context menu to copy GitHub Permalink
