I was investigating another issue and I noticed release-please is having some timeout issues with this repo and I assume it is because the linked release is so old. I am not actually sure release-please is even still updating it (maybe it is and there have not been more changes). Either was I think we should cut this release if it looks good or run the release please cli to update or create a new pr and release that.
