This repository is in use by a few different teams, and I'd like to find a new home for it now that executablebooks/ is winding down its "formal" operations. I think there are two broad options:

1. The Jupyter project uses this repository quite a bit. I've opened up an issue to discuss in Proposal: move github-activity into this GitHub organization jupyter-server/team-compass#79
2. The Scientific Python is interested in using this repository for their devstats tooling. I've invited @nabobalis to merge rights on this repo and he'll explore whether this would be worth it for them as well.

Ultimately I suggest that we choose a home that:

1. Maximizes the amount of contributor attention that others can provide to this tool
2. Maximizes the number of users the tool could be useful for
