The id for these rules will now show up in the error code column of the error list and it’s better to read
if they are something small – could be CC0001 for eg (or the slightly longer CodeCracker001).

The description field of the descriptors is a way of saying why someone should care about this issue.
This will show up as expanded content in the error list or the light bulb and so can be a longer message about why someone should fix the warning. This isnt going to be applicable for all rules but might be for some rules.
