  1. docs: add comprehensive documentation for all algorithms 

    Add detailed README.md for all 10 algorithm categories:
- Search, Sorts, Data Structures, Graph, Dynamic Programming
- Bit Manipulation, Maths, Ciphers, Backtracking, Other

Include:
- Complexity analysis and comparisons
- ASCII art visualizations
- Real-world use cases (Instagram, Google Maps, etc.)
- Bahasa Bayi summaries for beginners
- USE_CASES.md for practical applications
