Stretch and Hardware.conf #61

Hello,

Please with stretch, the hardware.conf as I am made to understand, is no more supported. Instead we now have a lirc_options.conf.

Please can you direct me on how I can setup my Pi, to use the pins for IR send? As I get the following errors when I try irsend

 $ irsend send_once LG_TV POWER_OFF

hardware does not support sending
Error running command: Input/output error
