Profiler: Old MLAPI Profiler is still accessible from Window menu in 2020.2 #595

Describe the bug
In 2020.2, the "MLAPI Profiler" menu item is still accessible from the Window menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open 2020.2
2. Click on the Window menu item
3. Observe that MLAPI Profiler is still an option in the menu

Expected behavior
2020.2 and above should not have this menu item

• Unity Version: 2020.2.7f1
• MLAPI Version: 0.1.0
