LPC is a work of Terry Ellison who grants joint copyright to the PHP Group under version 3.01 of the PHP 
license, that is bundled with this package in the file LICENSE, and is available through the world-wide-web

LPC is based on a fork of APC, and fully acknowledges the original contributions by Community Connect Inc.
