Update Third party components so we don't get hacked #2155

Sitefinity has a ton of really outdated components in use. Such as Elasticsearch version 1.9.0 as of Sitefinity 10.2. But 6.1.0 is the latest version (about 20 releases / 2+ years behind).

This is just one example, but there are many more.
