Fama-French Multi-Factor Models Tutorial Needs Updated Algo and Text #355

The current algorithm embedded into the tutorial throws errors. In addition, the tutorial text should be updated as well:

1. The Factor Returns and Other Factors sections are duplicates
2. The reference in this section should be moved to the bottom of the tutorial
3. Remove bi-monthly rebalancing in favor of monthly rebalancing for simplicity
