Hi,

In the book,

1. the BlockrTransactionRepository class was used on page 16 and 20,
2. and this sentence "At the time of this writing, we find Blockr.io to be a good service for the task." is on the page 15.

Could you please correct above issues?

1. Replace BlockrTransactionRepository by QBitNinjaTransactionRepository because of Blockr is a dead service.
2. So that, this (second) item should be changed as appropriate.
