Currently waiting on this PR to the Winget-Pgks repository

I would expect later on in the week for the PR to be merged and for PowerShell to be available on winget based on all previous releases to winget

This version breaks if the user doesn't have administrator access or in a Active Directory Group Policy, perhaps 7.6.3 might be accessing something that requires administrator access, downgraded back to v7.4.6 it works , i just updated the settings.json of Windows Terminal and point it to where i installed the version

In Windows Terminal using winget install --id Microsoft.PowerShell --source winget works to upgrade to 7.6.4.0.

winget update --id Microsoft.PowerShell did not work.

However VSC (still) does not see the upgrade. Still showing 7.6.3
