WhatsApp Business API migration stuck in 'Pending' for 40+ hours after Display Name rejection

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with a WhatsApp Business API activation and would appreciate any advice from anyone who has encountered a similar situation.

I had an active WhatsApp Business number that I migrated to the WhatsApp Business API through a provider (Zoho SalesIQ).

The migration process started successfully and the number appears in Meta, but it has now been more than 40 hours and the status is still showing as "Pending".

In addition, I recently noticed that the Display Name was rejected by Meta.

My questions are:

Can the "Pending" status be caused by the rejected Display Name? If I submit a new Display Name, will the activation process continue automatically, or will the review process restart? Is it normal for a migration to remain pending for more than 40 hours? Is there any way to speed up the activation process or request a manual review?

The business account is verified, and the number was migrated from an existing WhatsApp Business account to the WhatsApp Business API.

This is a production number used daily for customer communications, so any guidance or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
