My developer account was restricted under Platform Term 7.e.i.3 (unpermitted app use / circumvention). I can't access the dashboard — every page on developers.facebook.com redirects to the account status error page. I have never had any prior app or account restricted by Meta, so there is no previous enforcement action this app could be circumventing. The 7.e.i.3 premise doesn't apply to my case. Critically, the restriction occurred at the same time my personal Facebook account was locked by Meta due to a suspected unauthorized access attempt. I completed the security verification and recovered access. This strongly suggests the developer restriction is an automated side effect of that security event, not a policy violation on my part. I operate a legitimate WhatsApp-based CRM (coexistence) as a registered company, with an approved app currently serving 200+ active business clients who are all impacted by this restriction. I've already submitted the appeal through the 7.e.i.3 review form. Could a moderator or Meta team member help escalate this for human review?
