google/patches/idpf: Add idpf timeout patches
These patches will be used for both A4X-Max and H4D, so they're needed
for both the lakitu kernel and the 64k kernel.
Patch 0001 and 0010 are a revert and reapplication of an upstream
commit. If the upstream commit is applied before 0009, it conflicts, but
it applies cleanly if reverted first and applied after.
