Whenever I open the app with my working wifi connected, it kept being stuck on the connecting status. If I switch the wifi off, it turns normal again. That’s very weird because, like I stated before, the wifi is working, I’m still using it to use whatever app that takes internet. It’s just telegram that’s not taking my wifi. Ive tried all the steps on the internet, even reinstalled the app, still the same situation.Hope this can be fixed soon!

A new update was made available a few days after the founder/CEO was released from jail in France, where he was most likely being held because the US State Department and the intelligence agencies had expressed extreme interest in having access (as they do with Signal, Whatapp, Messenger and other so-called E2E encryption apps in the interest of National Security… so, forgive me if we’re a little skeptical of using telegram
