Most people first heard of zoom during the 2020 pandemic. I had been using it for years. After running a benchmark of different business solutions at our company we chose to retain Zoom over all its competitors. It took years for our choice to be proven right but it’s now the obvious. In the meantime Zoom has kept improving and now offers even more cool features. Top audio and video quality, lots of features, stable, lightweight. A bit costly but you get what you pay for.
What is wrong with my account?

Zoom hasn’t been a problem ever since I first downloaded it. There was nothing wrong with it and the pros outweighed the cons to me. But then one day when I was trying to log back into my account with the exact same email and password I use, Zoom keeps saying that I put in an invalid email or password. I tried multiple times typing carefully to make sure there were no mistakes, and there WEREN’T. I tried resetting my password and used that one to log in once again but it still kept saying the same thing! I don’t know if this is either a bug or if it might be that my account has been compromised but if you can, please fix this.

Firstly, the zoom on my phone and laptop always has wifi issues for some reason and sometimes the microphone doesent even work and the person on the other end is not able to hear what I was saying. Secondly, why is it that some of the zoom links are invalid on phone and some valid on laptop? This has been an issue for me for the longest time and even when I key the link in to the web browser and open it in my zoom app, it also sometimes says the zoom link is invalid. I usually use this to attend online tuition classes and to meet up online to projects or with my friends, please fix the problem of invalid link as it affects my learning and it’s giving me many problems. Thank you
