Inflexible developer app

I’m a regular user of CapitaStar user. It was a disastrous experience when I finally downloaded the Frasers app. Really pales in comparison, cannot pay according to the bill amount, always got to keep buying vouchers in blocks of $10s or so. Cannot scan merchants’ receipts to earn points, must ask the merchants to use their system to award us the points during payments, even the merchants find it a hassle when they had to do this extra work during peak dinning periods! Right now, I can’t wait to use up my vouchers and stop using this app altogether.

Navigation is terribly

Application team need to fix the item listing and item detail page navigation. After loading 2/3 pages and accidentally click on the item and cannot go back to current page it go back to first page and click load more again to reach current page. It will be better maintain the current page so that user no need to start again.

New apps is slower than previous apps
WKSGP
GUI display is not any nicer than previous - Very plain black and white and font size is not correct. Promotion can improve by showing active and those ended would be better to be differentiated - with Color or “Expired”. Switching to another Mall always does not show up the selection “blank page”
