Dear Support Team,I would like to file a complaint regarding a serious issue I experienced in the Ludo Star game.I made several in-game purchases, and the payment was charged to my account more than once. After the purchases, I successfully reached a certain level in the game. However, suddenly my account progress was affected — the level I had reached was frozen, and all the hearts I had in the game were removed.I contacted customer support and was informed that there was a technical issue in the game. They asked me to provide a video showing the problem, which I did. After reviewing it, they confirmed that there was a system error and told me the issue would be resolved.However, it has now been more than nine days, and despite contacting support multiple times, I have not received any solution. The only response I get is that I need to wait, without any explanation.Because of this issue:•I lost the level I had legitimately reached.•I lost all my hearts in the game.•To reach the same level again, I would have to start from the beginning and pay again.This situation is unfair since the problem occurred due to a system error on the game’s side. I kindly request an immediate resolution, restoration of my lost progress and items, or an appropriate compensation.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
