Some apps offer subscription-based access to their content. Unlike single-item purchases, auto-renewing subscriptions will automatically renew until you choose to end them. If you wish to cancel your subscriptions, you can easily change renewal settings from your device. On your iOS/iPadOS device (i.e. iPhone, iPad or iPod touch), go to Settings and tap your Apple Account at the top of the screen to view Account Settings. You may need to authenticate your Apple Account. Next, tap Subscriptions to see your subscriptions, and tap the one you want to manage. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. After you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
About subscriptions and privacy
When you purchase an auto-renewing subscription from a third-party developer, we create a randomly generated Subscriber ID that is unique to you and that developer. Developers use this Subscriber ID, as well as sales information, to understand their product’s performance. If you cancel all of your subscriptions with a particular developer and don’t resubscribe within 180 days, your Subscriber ID will be reset.
