It is a really fun game, and I have enjoyed my time playing it all day long. However, I would really like EA to come up with an update that allows players to permanently stop a residential building from upgrading as to provide flexibility and variation to the types of residences one can have in their cities. Also, it would be great if we could somehow search for items in the GTHQ instead of combing through it endlessly for things that may not even come by. Playing this game heats up my phone and drains the battery severely. Can that be fixed please? It seems a lot of other players are experiencing this same problem. Another thing that annoys me is the amount of Sim cash we require to buy parts when extending the area. It’s ridiculously a lot! Furthermore, we should be allowed to choose which building we want to be upgraded into epic instead of randomly paying for a selection as most of us play this game to flexibly create and design our cities.

Please simulate real life issue ie traffic jam. My road are well design with few car yet there is traffic jam pop up even though there is barely a car on the road. The game seem to programme to have random issue even though there is none, just so to make us purchase upgrade although there is no need for it. And the tax collection is not proportional to the population? When you double the population for 1st time tax revenue increase noticeable, then next double they reduce it, next double they reduce more, until next double the tax revenue increase become so marginal there is no point to increase the population anymore. Why? And then speed token tower. As you build more epic building, it seem it need more tower to produce one token? Initially it need 2 tower to produce one speed token. Then 3, then 4… next 5 6 7? Building more epic project seem to downgrade ability to have more token?? Another thing, new region need you to trade or upgrade residential to get money in that region currency. No tax revenue? What the point keeping citizen happiness index high? Why such inconsistency?

Really fun game, but it heated up my battery pretty badly. From 93% to 71% less than 30 minutes. Even snapchats that previously drains battery on my phone preserves better than this game. Also, I agreed with some of the reviewers that it would be great to stop some of buildings from upgrading. The pop up to ask for upgrading is a sore to the eyes. Developer must remember there's a lot of players, some might not just be interested to play according to mission, it is just to build a nice town to relax. For this, you might get more players, probably invests real money too.

I would give negative stars if only I could!With new season comes new ways to dig for real cash!Changes:1. Giving 10 weekly assignments with 5 extra after you’ve completed any of those weekly tasks. In reality the 5 is just for show. I haven’t been getting fresh ones for those I’ve completed. I’ve highlighted my problems to their ‘customer support’ since a week ago only for it to fall on deaf ears. As this is affecting my progress towards the ultimate target of reaching the last tier at the end of the season to get rewarded simcash (game cash), I’ve to use golden tickets to purchase ‘bonus’ tasks2. The ‘bonus’ tasks ranges from 10-40 golden tickets each with most tasks priced at 30. For each advancement of contest rank, I would only receive 2 miserly golden tickets, 80 for weekly club chest (provided my club achieved the highest chest)!Guess what? EA is starting to selling those golden tickets this week!Now EA is getting worse! Paid for train pass but DIDN’T receive the train items that were in the premium pass. Their customer service is asking for ridiculous screenshots! How am I to screenshot what I didn’t receive????
