Have seen steady progress with RHB in terms of not just the app, but also its product offerings and inclusivity of non-locals. For the app itself, it is fluid, efficient and gets the job done with minimal steps. Reliable and every update comes with new features. I hope for longer uptime durimg midnight. For product, their multi-currency stands out as having the most available and transparent fees, plus one of the few local banks that do not care if you are foreigner or local. Just have proper documentation and you can open savings, investment and even credit card. I do hope you can automate more of the processes instead of having us go to branches, but overall, minor, compared to the great service I am experiencing so far. Lastly, they also have in-app chat support, adding another channel for our concerns if phone calls are not possible. The 4 star for now, as I know alot more can be done, but I am very satisfied so far. Keep it up. Definitely recommend this bank to my local friends and fellow expats in Malaysia

Accessibility issue for the visually impaired.

Hi, I'm a blind user. First and foremost I would like to congratulate RHB for making this app accessible to the blinds, however it is not consistant. Everytime you update the app, there will surely be some issues pertaining to the screen reader used by blind community. I'm quite happy before this update since I can use the Scan QR feature. Now the function scan from galery cannot be read by the screen reader. Please resolve this issue as we are getting more QR photos which is normally saved in our galery photos. It's very frustrating when we, blind community are not able to access the galery photos using the screen reader. I would like to suggest if you can consult the blind community IT specialist before making any update in the future. Sometimes some features already working and suits the blinds needs but unfortunately the next update, the features disappeared and making hard for the blind to use and we have to depend on sighted people to help us to do the transaction. It is not good. So please! I appeal for this issue to be resolved. Thank you very much.
