What we love: Breathing Disturbances adds additional vitals to the sleep-tracking app, including apnoea and hypopnoea, to monitor whether sounds such as snoring, gasping or pauses in breathing could be affecting your rest. Pop your phone on your mattress or wear your Apple Watch and start recording a sleep session to wake up to insightful data.
Don’t miss: Over time, the app links factors such as your mood, caffeine consumption and stress levels to your sleep quality, helping you to identify what could improve your sleep. You can also set a smart alarm to wake you during a lighter sleep phase, to give you more chance of feeling refreshed in the morning.
Where to find it: This new feature requires a Pillow subscription and appears as part of the existing sleep analysis report.
