I don’t know whether you know the end user feeling of the COC or not. Here’s the story. I have been playing the game since 7 years and now I am a townhall 10 or 11. Yes true. I don’t know whether it’s 10 or 11. The reason for this is that i play coc on a off and on basis. And I guess most of them play in this way. Because that’s expected. Upgrades, researches, farming, resources building up, all of this takes lot of time. Sometime after a break I really have this hardcore interest to play coc but again after a month I feel like I don’t want to play. Now just imagine to think about a way that can make me keep playing. Widgets on iOS 14. Imagine this case where when I am done with a break and I started playing coc. I see these widgets and It will make me play more. It shows exactly the time when my village cools down and it can notify me exactly at the time my clan donations have been made. I would defiantly play more now at exact time. And when I am on a break seeing those widgets and my village status, I might want to go back and start playing again. You can argue that notifications just serve this need. But you tell me, which makes a big difference. A UI widget or a simple notification message. I love clash of clans I would want to give it 10 stars. It’s just that I want the game to have widgets with this iOS 14 update. It’s definitely lot of fun to have the village buildings upgrades on my widget or cool down time in widget and clan war time left or notify all the troops in my clan castle when donated. OMG there are endless possibilities which would get me on track.

I hope Supercell considers this suggestion, as it would further strengthen the player-community relationship and enhance the overall gaming experience.
Trophy farming

Hello support team I have reached the Master league and you know that reaching the Champion league is difficult because it’s hard to get trophies when you’re just Town Hall 9 and your opponents are mostly TH10 above and to find a proper opponent matching your level just for trophies takes ages. I have been farming all day just to reach the Champion league and it takes a lot of effort. I have no network issues and my device is an apple iPad with the latest updates and have no issues in playing Clash of Clans but while I was selecting the next button for opponents the game suddenly kicked me out and the game reloaded itself and the next thing when I came to my village it’s being raided within 1 second even when network is good and game is up to date this happened twice once the other week while I was farming for trophies, that’s what I have being doing. It’s very frustrating losing 55 trophies, when I farm I get trophies like scraps, I feel so helpless because all your hard work has gone in the drain while being online and still being kicked out. To get 50 trophies it takes 3 hours sometimes even more. Pleases Support team help me so that the next time I am farming for trophies it does not happen again.
