Hey Toca, I’ve been a loyal player for years at this point, I used to have all of the locations and most of the other things, but I had a glitch in the shop so I just deleted the app and reinstalled it again, when I went to restore purchases, it didn’t work, it restored some stuff I had bought before but not all, I believe its a problem with credit cards, because it only restored what I had bought with a specific card, over the years I have used many cards for my purchases, and it didn’t restore all of the stuff I’ve bought, I know people come to you and wil say like “I had EVERYTHING but its gone now, give it to me for free!” But that’s not why I’m here I would like if we try to figure out why its not working so that we can fix the problem. Toca has been apart of my daily routine, and I don’t want to give up playing just because I don’t have the money to repurchase all of the things I had previously, please contact me so we can figure it out and I can keep playing. Toka Boca I wanted to tell you about something that happened to me, first of all I hope you read it because it's something that really saddened me so here's what happened about a month ago I got a new phone so of course I transferred all the data from the new cell phone and just wanted to say I bought All the game and my old cell phone was a bit broken it had no problems except the screen so I transferred all the data but everything I bought in the game did not pass and more than that it also disappeared from my previous cell phoneAnd believe me we spent a lot of money on the game and it really really saddened me so if you can help me I will be very happy and in case you do not believe me I have all the emails of what I boughtHope you read this and get back to meAnd I just wanted to say that I did not come back to you already in the previous month because I moved to a country so I was very busy so I could not write because I did not have much free time

I like the style of the game, the ppl there, they are so cute and fun to play… but when you finish organizing your house you have nothing to do… I think if you will be able to do a “to do list” it will be awesome. Like in the morning written there “make food for your person, by using milk, egg and a pan” when in doing it a food spears according to what written there. You can write there many tasks as buying close, find something, take a shower and etc… another thing, please add “life” to the game, I mean maybe if the ppl walk around the floor and expressing their feeling while I’m playing either my own character at the time and floor would be great, cuz I won’t feel “alone”……That’s all 😉 thanks for everything! Like itttttttttt…..
