Manage documents without needing to print, scan, or fax, thanks to Docusign’s easy (and better for the planet!) electronic signatures.
What we love: Instead of printing out reams of paper to scribble a single signature at the end, you can now scroll your way through NDAs, contracts, permission slips, and more. To add your name to a document, tap Sign & Send on the home page. You can even pick the colour of your virtual pen.

Quick tip: Got a waiver for someone else to sign? Scan it, upload a photo, or import from another app. Once the document is in the app, tap Add A Signer. From there, input their name, contact info, and role, and the app will send it right along. Signing documents is free; sending documents to others requires a subscription plan.
Meet the creator: Docusign was founded in 2003 to help people more easily sign important documents. In 2010 the company launched its first mobile app on iPhone and iPad to help expand the adoption of e-signature technology. Today the service operates in more than 180 countries.
